$15 = average cost of parts to refurbish one bicycle for the Voucher Program

$20 = cost of bicycle lock and front + back safety lights for the Voucher Program

$50 = cost of refurbishing one bicycle, a lock, front + back safety lights, and a helmet for the Voucher Program
